Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how cancellations are handled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

By completing a subscription purchase:

  • You authorize us to store your payment details securely

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each scheduled delivery

  • Subscription charges will continue unless the subscription is canceled

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their billing period unless canceled in advance.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by:

  • Using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or

  • Contacting us directly at tryvitala@gmail.com

Canceling a subscription stops future charges only.
It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Refund eligibility for subscription orders is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.


Customer Responsibility (Subscriptions)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing subscription details before completing checkout

  • Monitoring order confirmation and billing emails

  • Canceling subscriptions before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue

Failure to cancel a subscription before a scheduled billing date does not qualify as an unauthorized charge.


Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock or is scheduled for future availability.

Depending on the product:

  • We may charge the full amount at checkout, or

  • We may collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance before fulfillment

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only before fulfillment

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy

Estimated fulfillment dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier or logistics delays.


Try Before You Buy

For try before you buy purchases:

  • We authorize your payment method before shipping the item

  • You are given a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item

If the item is not returned within the evaluation period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy to be accepted.


Disputes & Chargebacks (IMPORTANT)

By using any purchase option, you agree to:

  • Contact us directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue

  • Review order confirmation emails and purchase details provided at checkout

Chargebacks or disputes filed:

  • Without prior contact

  • For subscription charges that were clearly disclosed

  • For orders already processed or shipped

may be contested using transaction records, order confirmations, subscription logs, and this policy.
